Details

We provide a managed payment service, in conjunction with our Wallet. Withdrawals work as follows:

Bank details submitted

User submits their bank details to withdraw their current balance

Offline processing

Axle processes the payment to their bank

Deletion

Axle deletes the user’s bank details

Since we do not persist bank details, user’s enter them each time they would like to withdraw.

To manage transaction costs, we typically set a minimum threshold of £10 for withdrawals.
