Opt-out webhook

When a customer opts out of the Axle VPP, Axle sends the vpp:site:opted_out event to the webhook URL you registered for dispatch instructions. It lists your assets on the customer’s site, none of which we’ll dispatch again. The payload, the envelope it arrives in, the x-axle-sig signature, how to respond and the retry behaviour are all documented on the Webhooks page.
